This is for 4X4 trucks only. Here is a New Meyer EZ Mount Plus/MDII mount with for 19 4X4 Chevy/GMC 4500 and 5500 trucks. Buyer needs to do their own research before buying. The mount is Meyer part number 17199.

This is for just the pieces that you see in pictures, Meyer does not include clevis with mounting brackets. Included is the instructions, 19102, 19103, 19104 and 08994. Mount will not be shipped in the original box due to mount being stored outside and needing replaced. See my other listings for more plow and spreader parts.

This truck mount will work with either a Plus or MDII system. Mount is new and has not been installed, but there are some chips/scratches/scuffs/surface rust in the powder coat from being moved around.
