This comes with a small mounting hanger bracket. It says storks auto. The Curtis part is 1HHC. Aftermarket control user instructions.

This has a 9-pin white plug but only uses 7 of the pins. This control is almost identical to the oem. It will plug into the harness of older touch pad and joystick that they no longer make.
