Here is a used OEM Fisher Minute Mount 2 MC, HC, XLS, Extreme V, and XV2 lift arm with the non-detachable clevis-this original style, newer updated version has detachable clevis.

If you are unsure if this will work on your plow, ask me before purchasing. The sheet metal right behind the decal is pushed down, but should not affect its use.
