This device came to me from my son-in-law after he found it stashed away in his garage an unknown time and purpose. A little research tells me that it is controller for truck mounted salt spreader. Sold as is, with free shipping.

I see no reason why it would not be completely functional, but of course have way testing. Thus I know little to nothing about it, nor its functionality it appears be nib, but without the appropriate wiring harness paperwork.
