Review WESTERN/FISHER Suburbanite Homesteader Plow Mount Jeep fits WRANGLER TJ 1997–2006
It looks like they trimmed just a little bit off the bottom of side brackets at back and rewedded part that goes to frame would go under. You are buying this item as is. Mount doesn't look like it was on the previous vehicle long, but does modified at least some see red circled areas in pictures. Buyer needs to do their own research before buying.
Buyer may have to undue the modifications for mount bolt up their TJ. I do not know it the modification will affect mounting up to a 97-06 TJ. Western/Fisher/Snowed part number 3723. Mount has some surface rust and the powder coat is peeling/lifting/bubbling in various places.
