Included is the what you see in pictures. No hardware or link arms are included, just the main piece and a set of either short tall attachment plates as shown in pictures. There were two previous versions of this adapter that stuck too far out and apparently did not hold up well. This adapter connects into a Western Ultramount truck mount.

Buyer needs to do their own research before buying. The bracket is in good overall condition, the one each for lower pin has a little bend to it, but should not affect its use see red circled area second picture. The Western Ultramount truck mount would need to be mounted your frame get the correct measurement determine which attachment plates are needed. The main bracket does have some rust in places where the powder coat is missing/peeling/cracking/etc.

But this is the newest version, and it has those issues taken care of. See the last picture for information on which attachment plates your truck needs. These parts are part of Western number 27170, which is the adapter kit, and this good. The plow a-frame will fit fine between the tabs even with slight bend in ear.
