This listing is for the one piece that you see in pictures. Here is a used Blizzard mount adapter for PowerHitch 2 plows including 760 and 800. This piece is not truck specific the mount would need to be purchased separately. This could also be called a clevis or receiver.

This will not work with a PowerHitch 1 plow, as that is completely different mounting system. You cannot hook a PowerHitch 2 plow into the truck mount without this adapter. This will not work with the PowerHitch 2 HD plows, as they use a different mount adapter. Buyer needs to do their own research before buying.
