Some of the decals are coming off. There may be surface rust on the brackets as well. It has never been mounted. This mount onto the plow shoe brackets and allow you to flip wheels up down as needed.

The mounting hardware is not pictured, but included. Here is a NOS New Old Stock Western Dolly Kit for Pro-plow, Poly Pro-Plow, and Heavyweight straight blades. Expect some scratches/chips/fading to the powder coat as this has been in storage for years and moved around.
