This does not fit suburbans and blazers before model year is the ultramount truck side bracket only as pictured. For all trucks with the body. This will work with both a Western ultramount or uni mount the adapter. This came off the truck my plow was originally on Chevy-gmc-truck 4x4-Western-ultramount-snowed-blizzard-power-hitch-2.

There are some torch marks on the frame brackets from when bolts were removed truck. If you do not have the ultramount receivers, will to get them separately as they are included in this listing. This is a new original mount aka 1589, used for Western ultramount, blizzard power hitch 2, and the snowed plows Chevy Gmc 4x4. Its in good condition, some rust but overall fair.

Below is taken from the stork plow site. Will not hurt its use. Some of the 2500 and 3500 trucks used this classic body as late storks plows.
