Stand assembly is new as far use it was removed from a plow that stored outside, but being sold used due to the condition of surface rust in places, scratches, chips powder coat, etc. Here is a new take off OEM Western Ultramount Driver side left stand assembly Western part number 72618. This stand is used when the plow off truck to hold at right height for attaching. The stand then rotates up and hooks the plow to receivers hold on truck.
This is the updated version of this stand, original was part number 67845. Buyer needs to do their own research before buying. Also comes with the 67847 stand shoe, which is normally sold separately. What you see is what get.
