Buyer needs to do their own research before buying. Here is a new aftermarket bolt kit for the Fisher Minute Mount/Minute Mount 2 7173 snow plow mount an Late 04 Ford Superduty 4x4 F-250, F-350 4x4, F-450, F-550.

This mount only fits half a production year of Superduty trucks. The Fisher bolt bag for this is part number 64560. If you would need the other 4, can purchase them online individually. No zip ties, bushings, template or tubing is included. The Fisher bolt bag does not include the 4 bolts with a handle welded on, but I have included them in this kit.

The handles on the bolts may need trimmed down after they are installed.
