We removed this and replaced it because the connectors in back got hot from a bad connection started to melt. What you see is will receive. No bolts for the bracket but is included. We saved this for a back up in case of an emergency if another box was to fail.

This is a used Snowex D6527 utility spreader controller. Fits model's sp-1575, sp-1875, sp-30 sp-60 sp it does work and includes a new hand made pigtail 2 extra plugs for the vibrator.
