2019 was a split production year for Chevy/GMC 1500 trucks, with both the 07-18 body offered in as Classic. If your truck is a 2019, it will only fit the new body. No hardware is included. Mount does have rust in places where the powder coat is chipped/missing/peeling/lifting/scratched/etc.
