Everything in the picture is included. This item was installed on a 1999 ford f350 super duty in 2017, used for one season, and then removed.

This item is a complete Boss 13 pin snowplow wiring harness part m 5102 for an rt3 plow. Your headlights may require a different set of adapters. The cost of this item is over 300 new.

Feel free to contact me with questions. This unit comes with the headlight adapters for that fit a 1999 f350 super duty. Installation may look daunting, but its actually simple and mostly plug play.
