Quadrant is new but has various scratches/scuffs/chips in powder coat from shipping. The hole and the holes for mounting angling cylinders are all 1 diameter.

The 84589 A-frame not included bolts to the of this quadrant and front angle cylinders pin into as well. This part attaches to the blade/moldboard with 2 pins, 4 springs eye bolts, and two shocks.
